Product images may differ slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our designs.
Minor variations in color, texture, and size are part of the uniqueness of sustainable, artisan-made clothing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
We accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Cash On Delivery and other secure methods.( For Customise orders we accept adnvance payment)
You agree that the payment information you provide is valid and authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order within the same working day.
Standard delivery timelines:
- Pakistan: 3–5 business days( will inform, if we more time to prepare your order)
- International: 10–15 business days (subject to customs/destination delays)

Loom Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy once the returned item is verified.

6. Customization Policy

We offer customsizing on most clothing. Any adjustments requiring extra fabric or special tailoring may include an additional charge. Custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
